Why should I care?

We designed The Global Emerging Coach (TGEC)© to specifically address these challenges — helping you invest in your wellbeing, strengthen your coaching capability and make more resourceful choices about your career.

Why should I act now?

Naturally, you want the right conditions in which to grow. That’s why we’ve limited the program to 12 coaches, creating a carefully selected international peer group where connection, challenge and mutual support can flourish. Applications are by interview.

“I don’t feel like I have any support.”

“I feel like an imposter.”

“The reality of this work is not what I expected.”

“I’m not sure I’m doing the right thing.”

We often hear these sentiments, or similar, from the coaches we work with and supervise.
So we built this course just for you, grounded in coaching and positive psychology.

You will walk away from this course with:

✓    Practical, diverse coaching tools to integrate into your coaching

✓    Deep understanding of evidence-based wellbeing practices and how to use them

✓    Greater confidence, resources and energy to navigate and develop your coaching career

✓    A concrete, future-facing development plan to grow your coaching and wellbeing capability

✓    A global mindset and systems lens to gain new perspectives on yourself, your clients and their organisations
