My organisational experience and credentials

Extensive experience and expertise in wellbeing, change and transformation, organisational development, strategy and learning and development. I am a seasoned facilitator and speaker, having presented and run workshops with large audiences, groups and teams for more than twenty-five years.

My business experience spans private, public and not-for-profit sectors, in industries as diverse as fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), justice and policing, utilities, architecture, transport, education, healthcare, community services, medical, professional services, telecommunications, logistics and travel.

Executive, Career and Transition Coaching

I contract with your organisation to offer one to one coaching for senior executives and people leaders via Zoom or on site (if feasible).

6 – 10 session packages are available.

Strengths Coaching and Development Workshops

Individual coaching and half or full day team strengths development workshops available.

Includes provision and completion of an extended strengths assessment.

 

Strategy, Team Building and Performance

Half or full day programs are available.

These may be part of an ongoing planning or development agenda or conducted as one-offs.

Topics are designed in collaboration with the sponsor, yet may include:
