Coaching
Our approach recognises you as the expert in your own life.
We partner respectfully with you, create a safe space for you to reflect, learn and develop, and help you pursue your goals and function at your best. We use current practices and abide by ethical guidelines for coaching and positive psychology.
About my coaching
I assume that you are a resource-full human, who wants to feel good and function well, professionally and personally, in your interactions with friends, family, colleagues, in your teams, workplaces, and communities.
You probably already know what works in your life. I partner with you to help you achieve what matters most to you. We work together collaboratively and where we go is always agreed by and with you.
You may seek a thinking partner to:
Resolve a current issue you are struggling with
Determine how to achieve a valued goal or goals
Become a more impactful leader
Make important decision/s
Improve relationships in your life
Perform more effectively – at work or at home
Develop your communication skills
Reshape how you perceive yourself and your role in the world
Clarify meaning and purpose in your life
Enhance your wellbeing
Make desired change, whether:
Personal e.g., start, stop, or change a behaviour or habit, shift your mindset, gain new awareness, or increase your self-esteem, and/or
Professional e.g., step up to a leadership role, develop your leadership skills, improve your impact, productivity or performance, expand your career opportunities, or achieve more balance.
I work within the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). You can find these ethical guidelines via the following link:

Group reflective practice offers coaches the chance to learn from and with others, in a collegiate and supportive environment.
