What do I need to know about your consulting services?

With a background in leadership and consulting in organisations for over twenty-five years, I have significant consulting expertise. I partner with businesses that seek a trusted partner to guide and support valued outcomes for individuals, teams and groups.

I offer services in three main areas:

I specialise in wellbeing, coaching, team development and change, and work with leaders, executives and high-potential staff.

Coaching

 

I provide coaching to organisations by request for individuals and as part of coaching panels.

Coaching is generally provided in package arrangements that may range from 4 to 12 sessions (or more), over agreed periods.

Depending on the coaching focus, in consultation with the sponsor/s, I may use relevant assessments. These are determined during the engagement process.

Consulting involves debrief sessions and associated follow-ups and action planning.

I am accredited in the following assessment tools:

  • Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT)

  • Strengths Profile (SP)

  • Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).

I also use a range of evidence-based psychology and positive psychology assessments, as required.

 

Workshops

 

I offer crafted workshops for teams and groups on strategy, team building and development, wellbeing, coaching and change and transition.

The workshops aim to enhance communication, build connection, improve collaboration, reshape ways of working, lift capability and performance, aligned to team, group or organisational goals.

Where assessments are used, these may include strengths, emotional intelligence, thinking preferences and wellbeing diagnostics.

As part of a program,  I also offer individual assessments, along with team assessments and workshops.

 

Programs

 

I customise programs at client request.

Indicative examples include a four-month strengths program for executive and team development; micro-coaching for middle managers; leading with emotional intelligence or introduction to coaching skills.
